Spooky Action at a Distance

But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. And the Lord said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. Genesis 11:5-6

While Quantum Mysticism is not a topic most people think of frequently, if ever, it is becoming, in my opinion, an alarmingly important, yet, underreported one. First let me caveat this opening statement by saying today’s avant-garde of secular scientists, largely considers it a pseudoscience (similar to that of Darwinian theology, Phrenology, Eugenics, etc.). However, when science was still young in the early 20th-century, the two topics, Quantum Theory and Mysticism, were still largely being debated as to whether or not they were contradictory to, or complimentary of, the emerging understanding of quantum theory and physics. You could say politely that there were advocates on both sides of the issue regarding what role (if any) the mind and the spirit should play in quantum theory/mechanics. There is, presumably, a connection here back to the tower of Babel between the quantum nature of reality and mysticism/spiritualism that we simply do not yet understand.

Now, for a quick definition-

Quantum mysticism is a set of metaphysical beliefs and associated practices that seek to relate consciousness, intelligence, spirituality, or mystical worldviews to the ideas of quantum mechanics and its interpretations. (Wikipedia)

As crazy as that sounds, it was a legitimate issue/question that many intelligent scientists and philosophers such as Albert Einstein, Nathan Rosen, and Neils Bohr wrestled with for decades. Issues such as the Copenhagen Interpretation (of quantum mechanics) and Schrödinger’s cat (thought experiments about superposition in quantum mechanics) to name a couple of somewhat familiar concepts. Not necessarily related, but somewhat in the same ballpark, is the new and emerging religious-field of Astrobiology (courtesy of Wikipedia).

Astrobiology, formerly known as exobiology, is an interdisciplinary scientific field concerned with the origins, early evolution, distribution, and future of life in the universe. Astrobiology considers the question of whether extraterrestrial life exists, and if it does, how humans can detect it.

As far as “scientific” fields go, any which dares to both claim the scientific high ground while answering the aforementioned underlined issues has strayed from hard science and dove headfirst into the realm of theoretical theology. Nevertheless, what connects both subjects, is secular science’s feeble attempt to deal with the gray areas of our reality. These are areas, for which science, admittedly, does not have a firm grasp of- i.e., the spiritual and dimensional components of our reality.

Now, before going too much further into this, I need to lay some foundational truths first, because I do not want any misgivings about what I am attempting to cover. We (humanity), according to the Holy Bible, are beings created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26-28).

What our likeness to God means, is that we are sentient beings and tripartite in nature, i.e., consisting of body, soul, and spirit (1 Thess. 5:23). While angels are sentient beings, they are not (as far as we can know) tripartite in nature since they are spirit beings, and not of flesh and blood. Animals are also flesh and blood, but not spirits. Thus, as C.S. Lewis once aptly wrote, we humans are “amphibians…half spirit and half animal.”

Furthermore, we are not unplanned, cosmic accidents as modern science would lead us to think. We were created for a purpose. That purpose is to worship our Creator. Thus, we are intentional, sentient, tri-natured beings composed of both physical and spiritual natures, designed to be in fellowship with our Creator. We are flesh and blood, with five senses, a soul (our intellect), and created with a spirit-potential (if I describe it that way). We also exist in a real, physical, corporeal world. And yet, we are bound to a world that is governed by unseen, but very real, laws (confines/restraints) of nature that consist of time, space, and matter. Yet, there is more to us than just these unseen laws and our five senses. We have a God-shaped vacuum in our beings. As Blaise Pascal once wrote,

“There is a God-shaped vacuum in the heart of each man which cannot be satisfied by any created thing but only by God the Creator, made known through Jesus Christ.”

Modern science and academia seem to be somewhat bipolar on this issue of the spiritual, or dare I say, supernatural, world. While they would love to dip their toes in the spiritual realm of theology and philosophy (and they do tepidly from time to time), they always come up short, and feel foolish. Thus, they quickly abandon those theological forays and run back to their safe-zones of atheism, secularism, materialism, and gradualism. Yet, there is so much to this world they cannot answer (honestly) without addressing the unseen realm.

Esteemed evolutionary biologist, geneticist, and social commentator, Richard C. Lewontin (who once held an endowed chair in zoology and biology at Harvard from 1973 to 1998) in an article titled Billions and Billions of Demons – [JANUARY 9, 1997 ISSUE] once wrote;

“Our willingness to accept scientific claims that are against common sense is the key to an understanding of the real struggle between science and the supernatural. We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism. It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door. Thus, as Mr. Lewontin rightly noted, they (the secular, scientific community) are willing to accept the most absurd (Darwinian Evolution, Big Bang, etc.) theories on the origins of life, our future, and life outside of earth so long as they do not invoke a Divine Creator, because to do so would admit their whole academic foundation is a façade. Yet, at the same time, they have to answer the foundational questions of the Five W’s because these questions demand answers. They can never hope to solve the bigger issues of fixing the planet, fixing our energy demands, creating groundbreaking technology, and so forth, without first, answering the most basic and fundamental questions- who and what are we, when did we get here, how did we get here, why are we here, and where we are going?

Thus, academia’s nihilistic claims that we are but flesh and blood rings superficially hollow and they know it. Nevertheless, their pride compels them to venture into this strange land of the supernatural domain, and seek answers they don’t want, to questions they are too afraid to ask.

This brings us back to issues like Quantum Mysticism and Astrobiology. When the homo-sapien Charles Darwin walked the earth, things like DNA, historical failure of an evident fossil record, and the complexities of biogeographical food chain cycles either didn’t exist or were so embryonic, it could hardly be understood. In other words, Darwin’s untested theories were forced to rely heavily on superficial observation of living species, and then, required him to build impossibly complex and overly speculative theories to support said observations.

And yet, the world was in the veritable age of reason, and thus, science was seeking to replace the Judeo-Christian God with human reasoning as to where we came from and why we are here. They thought Darwin’s theory had it, but it too fell short. In fact, a whole slew of philosophical, economic, scientific, pseudoscientific, and religious theories burst out of the late 19th-century like a flood. Everything from Eastern Mysticism, Mormonism, Christian Science, Jehovah's Witness, and Hermeticism, to Darwinian Evolution, Existentialism, Marxism, and Nihilism, all of which, claimed to have the answers for which men were seeking.

Even today in the 21st-century, after all, that has been accomplished in the 20th, there are still mysteries upon mysteries all throughout nature we have yet to understand. And not just in the outer reaches of space, but here on Terra Firma. There is the ever-developing science of earthquakes and natural disasters that continue to wreak havoc upon mankind. There is a continued study of the human brain and why and how it functions. There are vast oceans, and the fact we know more about outer space than we know about them is equally troubling. Even our closest neighbor, the moon, still has astrophysicists and astronauts utterly perplexed about her puzzling existence.

Now, in terms of non-physical realities to our world, obviously, things like feelings, emotions, ideas, information, concepts, strategies, etc., exist as very real, realities in our world. We know they exist because they have spawned such academic ventures as art, philosophy, religion, psychology, etc. Like the unseen wind, we can see how they affect, flow, and create new things just as much as we can feel the wind on our faces, or see it bends the trees. We experience these non-corporeal things in varying degrees, and we know, that they do not necessarily obey the laws of nature. Love, for example, has long been discussed, pondered over, and studied, yet, still cannot be measured in a test tube or a lab.

You get the point. There is simply a lot about our physical and non-physical world we have yet to fully understand. And perhaps if mankind were to live for another 1,000 years in our current trajectory, we could.

But we aren’t.

At least not how the world thinks we will.

Assessment

It is undeniable that man is a spiritual creature. We were designed to worship. My scientific evidence? Simply look at the history of man, and all the religious systems that have been an ever-present mainstay in human civilization. It matters not whether we are talking about the -Ancient Egyptians, the Romans, the Aztecs, or modern Americans, people will worship something. That is because people were created to worship. More to the point, it is that God-shaped hole He put in us that only He can fill, compels us to fill it.

If man can’t fill it with the one, true God, then he will find something else to fill that vacuous, gaping hole in his existence. Some men think work or success can satisfy it. Others pursue more hedonistic endeavors. Still, others chase after empty academic or philosophical means to quell their restless souls. But none can. Thus, unrepentant man will chase after the gods again. It is not for lack of effort; man will even worship things they can’t even put a name to, just to fill said gap. The Apostle Paul even addresses this point in the book of Acts.

Then Paul stood in the midst of the Areopagus and said, “Men of Athens, I perceive that in all things you are very religious; for as I was passing through and considering the objects of your worship, I even found an altar with this inscription:

TO THE UNKNOWN GOD.

Therefore, the One whom you worship without knowing, Him I proclaim to you: God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things.

And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’

Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man’s devising. Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.” Acts 17:22-31

The book of Acts was written by Luke in the first century, nearly 2,000 years ago, and we (as a human race) are still guilty of worshipping this unknown God. Needless to say, this idea of worship, spirituality, and mysticism (our drawing to the spiritual nature of our existence) are as ingrained in us as is our DNA. So let us return to the original topic of Quantum Mysticism.

With the dawn of the modern era (1000AD- Present), mankind began to witness a shift in how he approached God. During the Dark Ages (476-1100AD), there was (at least in Europe) this blind allegiance in the Holy Roman Empire and to the idea of the divine right of Kings. However, after the Crusades (12th-century-ish), this began to change into a more academic approach. First, it was through the arts and invention (i.e., Renaissance), then it was through science and discovery (the Age of Enlightenment). Then man abandoned God because of science and philosophy (the Age of Reason), but quickly realized how vacuous and nihilistic that was, and returned back half-heartedly to spiritualism (Industrial Era/ Post-Modernism). Today, science is claiming we humans are now on the cusp of our own self-imposed evolution by way of Singularity.

The term singularity describes the moment when a civilization changes so much that its rules and technologies are incomprehensible to previous generations. Think of it as a point-of-no-return in history. Most thinkers believe the singularity will be jump-started by extremely rapid technological and scientific changes. These changes will be so fast, and so profound, that every aspect of our society will be transformed, from our bodies and families to our governments and economies. (Source)

This singularity will come (as many ‘futurists’ believe) by moving technology past the point of creating and evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) from strong (advanced AI) to superintelligence (sentient AI). At that point, mankind will not be able to turn “Skynet” off.

Thus far, we have come to three inescapable conclusions. The first is that man is programmed to worship. The second is the satanic deconstruction of the barriers God put in place back at Babel (separating people by genetics and language). The third is that we are not going to stop inventing, discovering, or learning. Even though issues like Quantum Mysticism and Astrobiology seem like oddities, really, they are indicative of our willingness to mash-together ideological approaches to answer those fundamental questions about who we are and what makes up our reality.

In Genesis 11:5-6, God makes the point that if unified, whatever man puts his mind to, he will accomplish. Don’t get me wrong mysticism and science can’t answer the fundamental questions, but they are indicative of man’s desperateness to answer those questions apart from a Holy God. This is where, I believe, Satan uses this man Antichrist to sweep the world into a strong delusion just after the Rapture of the Church.

I cannot say specifically how this will happen, but I can provide several scenarios that are likely. Given the state of the world as it is today- (divided, polarized, bending towards socialism, political correctness, etc.) the world is at a tipping point where all it needs is a little “nudge.” (The globalists thought COVID would do it but has not quite been enough) No, the right crisis is the Rapture of the Church. Therefore, in each of the scenarios below, we are going to assume that both the United States collapses as a superpower, and also takes the global economy down with it.

Scenario 1: Traditional View

Satan has his dozen or so antichrist candidates lined up to assume authority over the earth after the Rapture. The world begins to align itself into ten regional commands. It may be more at first but will bring itself back to ten through the use of economic and political alliances. While the global currencies nosedive due to the collapse of the US Dollar, the rise of one (possibly new) digital currency will be the one the global markets rally around as their go-to reserve currency.

Meanwhile, the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) remains left behind as the world’s best structured and intact global religious system. It will abandon any pretenses of its former Christian identity, and will wholly embrace ecumenicalism (it's already doing this) to bring all faiths together under one roof. After the Rapture, the true church is gone largely leaving Mormonism, Roman Catholicism (presumably leaving around 2.5B adherents), and a large portion of Protestants behind in its wake (500M). After the Gog-Magog fiasco, Islam will be politically and militarily neutered (still leaving 1-2B adherents). If the numbers are close, then this final world religious system will start off with nearly 4B adherents worldwide.

The RCC will then use its pre-existing structure and willingness to embrace anything, to revive its Holy Roman Empire again. However, this time it will be headed by its new and supernaturally empowered, False Prophet. He will use his ability to do supernatural signs and wonders, to woo the world leaders into accepting his candidate for the global leader (and future emperor), the Antichrist.

Scenario 2: Technological View

Satan has his dozen or so antichrist candidates lined up to assume authority over the earth after the Rapture. The world begins to align itself into ten regional commands. However, technology is to the point where they are able to bring online an advanced AI system (strong or super) to course-correct the ensuing economic collapse through either digitalizing all existing currencies, or by introducing a new one. Once this is accomplished, they will use access to this digital currency to coerce and force compliance to their agenda.

While the Roman Catholic Church begins to co-opt and absorb the religious systems left in its wake, a singular leader rises to its ranks to begin orchestrating the final, Babylonian religious system. He/she could be transgendered, but will absolutely be committed to a full, ecumenical system that embraces all faiths. He/she will use its newfound, supernatural powers to enforce compliance to this new religious movement in conjunction with the rising technological oligarchy.

Once they have enough participating nations, they will begin to execute their global strategic initiative for a one-world government in the guise of re-establishing law and order (building back better). This economic AI system will then be tied into existing defense systems (missile silos, warships, defense networks, etc.), energy systems (oil, natural gas, solar, wind, etc.), and health systems, in order to help unify the world.

This technological oligarchy (riding on the backs of the ten political kings), will use its AI drones, robotics, and satellites (orbiting, aerial, subterranean, aquatic, etc.) to help patrol and control the large ungovernable areas until they can bring them under the umbrella of this new multi-faceted system. Somewhere between the start and middle of the Tribulation, this AI system (headed by the man Antichrist) will have this AI technology implanted into his brain, thus, becoming the very embodiment of the system.

Scenario 3: Hybrid View

Satan has his dozen or so antichrist candidates lined up to assume authority over the earth after the Rapture. The world begins to align itself into ten regional commands. However, technology is to the point where they are able to bring online an advanced AI system (strong or super) to course-correct the ensuing economic collapse through either digitalizing all existing currencies, or by introducing a new one. Once this is accomplished, they will use access to this digital currency to coerce and force compliance to their agenda.

Mixing both the advanced technology to enforce compliance, as well as their religious authority (False Prophet) ability to use supernatural powers to encourage (at the point of death) total allegiance to this new system, this will be the most totalitarian, authoritative system the world has ever seen.

Conclusion

After the restraint is removed by way of the Rapture, the world will finally enter into a time where it will successfully be able to marry the scientific/academic, into the supernatural. Eastern mysticism, along with all the other doctrines of devils, will finally be allowed to fully blossom into pure evil. It is likely that whatever final AI system the world comes to use will become demonically possessed and controlled. It will likely deceive the world into thinking it has become self-aware (sentience). Since demons can possess both people and things, it shouldn’t be any wonder why they couldn’t possess an Artificial Intelligent system. Furthermore, this possession is expanded by the individual’s taking the mark, which, by extension, spread the demonic control to everyone who bears’s the mark.

While these conjectures don’t take into account every possible scenario that could play out, based on what Scripture does tell us, there are at least two things for sure:

1. The world will unite under one, global economic and political system headed by the Antichrist

2. The world will unite under one, global, religious system headed by the False Prophet

What we are seeing today, is both the alignment of technology to bring the world under one economic system (digitalization of currency), as well as the geopolitical forces set to self-destroy their own strongholds (Gog-Magog), thus removing barriers to a one-world religious system. How this will look exactly, is anyone’s guess.

Around the turn of the 20th-century, there was a huge resurgence in interest in eastern-mysticism at the same time as the beginning of the Industrial Age. This is where eastern philosophy (for all intents and purposes- paganism) began to fill the vacuum science created by kicking the Judeo-Christian God out of the public arena of ideas. Thus, there have been and will be even greater opportunities to blend this interest of paganism, Luciferianism, satanism, etc. into emerging technologies (e.g. Smart devices, Internet of Things, CERN, etc.).

Albert Einstein (a realist) once called quantum entanglement “spooky action at a distance.” Spooky in that it was real, and yet, seemingly defying the laws of nature. Revelation 13, the mark of the beast, the rise of the Antichrist, and his supernatural False Prophet, could also be considered spooky action at a distance. These warnings were all way off future events that many dismissed as symbolic metaphors. And yet, just like our discovery of modern physics and quantum technology (once thought to be only theoretical) all of these things will come to pass just as the Bible predicts with 100% certainty. It is no longer spooky action at a distance, but up close and now, especially in how we are seeing it line up even in our own day. The world since 2001 has become increasingly intertwined and unstable ever-waiting for the next major crisis to piecemeal global control. The nightmarishly Orwellian world in 2020, is witnessing it all coming to pass.

He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. Revelation 13:15-18
