We live in the beautiful PNW and just got back from camping. We spend all summer hiking and kayaking. It is so lovely.. and so disappointing that the people tend to be such leftist followers rather than independent thinkers. I guess it's to be expected in a region that generally rejects the God of the Bible. It certainly doesn't take away from the beauty and climate though!

I pray you and your family have an extended and refreshing rest period. Kids are kids for so short a period. I'm glad you can step away and focus on them and other things for a bit, though you will be greatly missed here! We'll be here when you feel like returning. Don't…

Seattle is a mess! We used to live downtown and loved to show visitors around. When our kids were born we moved out of the city, but came back for restaurants and shows. Now we never go. It's so sad! Fortunately, we're more into nature than city life anyway, and so we go north for our fun.

Have you considered moving to a red state? Our area is safe and clean so far, but I wonder what would happen if food shortages became severe. Ironically, a lot of libs here hate the direction things are going, but I think they're so deceived by legacy media they'll never think to vote differently. We'll move out of WA if crime and homelessness…
