Hi Pete, your message resonates with me. I too often think about what it will be like to be in His presence, forever! Free from the troubles of this life, free from the struggle with sin and in continual, unbroken fellowship with the Lord and with all the saints forever and ever! I love reading Isaiah 6 and Revelation 4 as well and thinking about what Isaiah and John were shown and their subsequent reactions. Oh, how wonderful (amazing 😉) it is and what it will be! The more Heavenly minded we become the less we are able to process the world around us , Or doing anything earlthy good !!! We are just traveling through , this is not our Home . I personally believe the closer our relationship with Jesus becomes , the more we can imagine what our Home will really be like . The Majesty, the Beauty, the Unimaginable colors , the Glory of our Lord . It all seems like just a Handbreath away .
I love to talk about it and I love to hear others talk about it. I find myself laughing and crying with joy just trying to imagine the joys and the ultimate love. I feel as though my sprit and the sprit of the Lord are bouncing around in this body longing to put off this earthly vessel and anxious for an eternal glorified body. Eternity will not be enough time to thank him. Praise the Lord. Maranatha!!
