Interesting choice of words, Mr. Biden. Dark Winter, like Event 201, was a mass casualty disaster simulation executed months before a real mass casualty event. With Event 201, we got the chinavirus. With Dark Winter, we got 9/11. Are they connected? Hard to say. Interesting nonetheless.
