Pete, I believe that Daniel 12:2 contains two resurrections. One on either side of the Millennial Reign of Christ. Those that awaken 'to everlasting life' include the Tribulation saints, and they are resurrected at the second coming of Christ (Revelation 20:4). Whereas, those that are awakened 'to shame and everlasting contempt' are the unrepentant who will face the Great White Throne Judgement (Revelation 20:5, 11-15), after the Millennial Reign and the little season. Is this your understanding as well, or do you have a different take on the passage?
