I think that it would be interesting to point or highlight in your Biblical Timeline some significatives biblical events:

1st - birth of Noah around 1056 years after Adam, in this period of first Day, GOD created a peculiar lineage/a seed for Himself;

2nd - beginning of Ark's construction at 1557, it means a period around one Day and half of GOD's works;

3rd - the birth of Moses and his call around 2513 as Liberator of Israel and Exodus;

4th - Fall of Jerusalem around 3417-Kingdom of Judah is conquered by Babylon; Destruction of the Solomon's Temple

5th - To divide and pointing the period of 6000 years each 1000 years of GOD's works.

The website contains the biblical timeline.

The presentation attached to this post only contains the relevant events needed to reveal the underlying structure that has been discovered in the biblical timeline.

Concerning the points that you listed.

The birth of Noah is included in the presentation (1057), on most of the even numbered slides.
The Ark's construction could not have begun in 1557 since Shem wasn't even born until 1559.
The years that you listed are not consistent with those that are calculated from scripture.

1056 years after Adam - Noah was born.

1556 years after Adam : Genesis 5:32 - And Noah was five hundred years old:... and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Genesis 6:7-9 -> GOD said: 7-> I will DESTROY man whom I have created from the face of the earth; ... 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. 9 ... Noah was a JUST man and PERFECT in his generations, and Noah WALKED with GOD. -> (DO THE SAME, AS NOAH DID).

1656 years after Adam: Genesis 7:11 - In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. 7:13 -> In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;

What matters and prevails is the Word of GOD.

Luke 17:26-27:

26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark(year 1656 after Adam), and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
